Responsibilities as a tenant
1. Pay your rent as stated in your service agreement
2. Keep the unit clean, so as not to cause damage to the apartment or the common areas of the property
3. Keep the unit's fixtures/fittings in good condition
4. Comply with the rules and regulations imposed by Condo management
5. Not to cause any nuisance to the neighbors
6. Not to do any illegal activities in the unit or in the common of the property
