Replacement of Gas


When the stove is out of gas, please contact the gas company at 6455 1169


Provide them with your address and they will deliver it to your apartment.  No payment is required for the delivery.


For tenants who are paying bills inclusive of the utility cap, our billing team will verify the monthly cap, only if the bills exceed the cap. 

For tenants who are paying bills exclusively, we will bill the gap charges monthly
