How do we get there by MTR?

  • Take the MRT (East West Line) to Bugis Station, then transfer to the Downtown Line and alight at Little India Station. From Exit E, Enjoy a short 2 Minute walk along Belilios Road, and then turn left onto Belilios Lane. 


How do we get there from Airport?

  • You have several convenient options to reach us. By MRT, take the East West Line from Changi Airport Station, trasfer to Bugis Station to the Downtown Line, and alight at Little India Station. From Exit E, it's just a pleasant 2 mins walk along Belilios Road to Dash Living Rochor.

  • For guest safety, all windows are closed.

Hotel Services and Amenities

How do I check in?

  • Dash Living in Rochor is Self-Check-In. Please refer guest to Pre-Arrival email with self-check-in instructions. 
  • Check in time is anytime after 15:00. 
    • For early Check-in request, please ask around what time they want to check in and check CB first if no prior guests. 
      • If has prior guests, automatically decline and advice guest that we can't accommodate as guest guest check out is 12:00 NN. 
    • Then check with Local team if we can accommodate it. Document in CB notes if approved. 

Check our time? 

  • Check-out time is at 12:00 noon, later check-out is subject for availability. 
    • if guest requests for late check out, check CB first if any next check-in, same with above, if there is a next guest, automatically decline and advice accordingly. 
    • If no guests, check with Local team for approval and document. Adjust Salto access accordingly. 

Amenities Provided

  • Towel is only provided once upon check-in (Encourage guests to get from the nearest convenience store)
  • For guest that are staying more than 1 week (1 set is provided every week during housekeeping)
  • For ROOMY rooms, we give 5 towels.
  • The blanket is the duvet we set up on the bed. Other than that, we don't provide additional blanket. \

Property Facilities

Can guests store their luggage at the reception area? 

  • There will not be any personnel stationed at the reception area, any luggage/bags stored will be at their own risk. Dash Living is not liable for any loss or damage. 

Can guests requests luggage assistance? 

  • No, we don't provide luggage assistance. 

Food and Drink

Do you offer a breakfast package? 

  • Yes, if it's not included in the guests booking, they can directly buy from the restaurant. 

Do we provide bottled water?

  • In line with the Government's Singapore Green Plan 2030, Dash Living will be echoing the initiative and are doing our part to reduce plastic waste, hence no bottled  water is provided. 

TV

Can I watch Youtube and Netflix on TV?

  • All are Samsung Hospitality models and have 6 local channels. 
  • Cannot watch Youtube, Netflix, Etc., but guests can use screen mirroring on TV. 

What are local channels? 

  • Channel 5, channel 8, Vasantham, Suriam, Channel U, and CNA.

Can Guests connect an HDMI cable from the Laptop to the TV?

  • Hospitality TV is not compatible for HDMI Cable, but they can use screen mirroring. 

Housekeeping

  • We don't provide daily cleaning service for short term stay but if guests insist, there will be SGD30 charge.
  • Weekly housekeeping service only applied to long-term customer 7 days beyond.

Laundry


Laundry Machine is located at Level 2. They have to bring their own detergent.

  • No Smoking.
