Here's what you need to do:
1. Ensure all your items in the closet/drawer, storage room, and kitchen (including fridge) are emptied out
2. Inform us if there are any missing/broken items
3. Email us your account details for the security deposit refund
4. Leave your access card and keys in your bedside drawer
5. Inform our community manager once you have completed all the items above
6. You will receive the deposit within 10-15 working days after your checkout
